    Description

    Wimpy P-1
    by Heather Rohde
    Reproduction of Original Art
    Signed/Numbered Limited Edition
    8" x 10"
If ever a horse had a name that didn't quite fit, it was Wimpy P-1, the powerful King Ranch stallion who became the very first registered American Quarter Horse! Wimpy earned that distinction by winning the grand champion stallion title at the 1941 Fort Worth Exposition and Fat Stock Show in Texas. Known as a good overall ranch horse, he went on to become an excellent sire.
This quality limited edition fine art reproduction showing a head portrait of Wimpy P-r1 wearing a halter is the perfect way to remember this great horse. If you like how the art looks here, you will love how it looks in person! I will hand sign and number this piece on the front and will provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity. The copyright watermark that you see in my photo does not appear on the actual art. ("Wimpy P-1" is also available in larger sizes as well as framed. Please check out my eBay store or contact me through the "Contact Seller" link to request other options.)
