Listed is a Vintage Pease Homes Catalog from 1957 (copyright 1956) including Floor Plans, Pictures, and Base Prices,  Pease Homes was based in Hamilton, OH.  Included is a blank original Purchase Order form and Quote Request form. The catalog measures 11" x 8¼", has 80 pages,  is in good condition, but does has a slight musty odor.
