Vintage c1950s Tin Advertising Thermometer Smith Realtors Indian River Michigan

Description

The thermometer still works, but I do not know if it is still fully accurate.  There is some wear from age, display, and storage - some wear to the paint, mostly at the corners and edges; some bending to the bottom tab; some spots of light rusting/tarnish, primarily on the back; and some minor scuffs, scratches, nicks, etc.  Please see photos for details.
Measures roughly 3.75" wide, 13" high including the tabs.
