Vintage pre-owned set of 2 historical war veteran medal pins:
War Medal: “Ready To Die For The Honor Of Our Country”, “#329”, “the Mayes Bros. Co.”, “Presented by the state of New Jersey to Veteran of the Union Forces in the Civil War 1861-1865”. Overall size: 2 ¼ inches long. In as-is, as-found condition. See photos.
War Medal: GAR, “Grand Army of the Republic Veteran 1861-1866” star-shaped medal with serial number "V38736" on thin edge of star. An Eagle pin with a fabric US flag holding the star medal. Fabric flag shows age wear deterioration but is still intact. Overall size: 3 ¼ inches long. In as-is, as-found condition. See photos.
