For sale is an extremely rare WW2 Tula PEM scope mount and base for mosin nagant sniper rifle. Mount has all matching serial numbers. Base locks down tight to mount with no movement. Base serial number is not far off from mount, making it the correct type of base for this mount. Mount functions perfectly. Pretty amazing for 80 years old! This is the last Tula mount I will be listing for sale. The other one sold quickly (and that was without a base), so do not miss out!
