You are bidding on an original dealer sales brochure/catalog for the OWENS 30 Deluxe Sedan, Sport Fisherman, Two-Stateroom Sedan, & Sport Cruiser boat/yacht/cruiser.  This is undated but probably from the late 30's or early 1940's.
These brochures/booklets were used by dealers to educate (and entice) prospective new boat purchasers into considering their offerings. They provide lots of the info you would need to know to help you decide if one of these boats is for you. Many brochures, but not all, include information regarding standard equipment, optional equipment, unique characteristics, safety features, specifications, measurements, color choices, etc., etc. Many contain LOTS of really neat color pictures and are very well done. Condition:   Brochure does have some light wear/soiling & also a slight musty smell.  It is dealer stamped on the front (Freeman's Motor Marine in Ithaca, NY).  I have 4 of these being sold separately.  They are all in the same condition.
