Shipping
All items will usually be shipped within (1) business day of received payment.  With every domestic shipment, a PayPal tracking number is available.  This link can be obtained in the eBay 'order details' page or on your PayPal account page.  Tracking numbers are NOT available on items being shipped internationally, unless purchased through eBay's "Global Shipping Program".  When buying fragile items and glassware, it is always better to pay for USPS Priority Mail, as your package will spend less time on the road and will get to you sooner.
Refunds given ONLY if item is received in a condition other than specified it item description.  If item is described as 'not tested' than there is NO guarantee that it will operate correctly, although it is a possibility.  If an item is "new and sealed", then it can only be returned in the highly unlikely event that you were shipped the wrong item.  Refunds not given on clothing, shoes, hats or anything else that is sized unless misrepresented by seller.  Please inquire about measurements if needed before purchasing such items.  Return postage must be paid by buyer.  Contact us if there is a problem before shipping the item back as we may be able to resolve it and save everyone headaches, time and money.  Any questions, please contact us.
