contain the weighted bar...1/4 in steel rod.
It is in the original folded condition but is supple and opens to full length, 31", with no problem.
There is one broken loop, see photos, which appears as it came that way or was cut in opening many years ago.
Included is 3 packs of Official Bond Pull & Ravel Cord. See photo.
