FILLING A PIT, POOL, OR TENT?
Each case of 500 balls fills approximately 6.1 cubic feet.
To determine how many cubic feet you want to fill with balls,
measure the inside length, width and depth of your ball pit, pool or tent.
Then multiply these numbers for cubic volume.
The formula is: Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D) = Cubic volume.

Warranty - We offer exchange and/or replacement for manufacturer defects only and at our discretion. We must be notified of any manufacturer defects via the eBay Message System within 5 calendar days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement authorization to be issued. Pictures of the defective product will be required. All original packaging materials and contents must be kept by buyer for claim inspection purposes.
Delivery - all non-deliverable packages returned to us will be refunded less the original delivery shipping expenses and also the return shipping expenses. A 20% restocking fee may also be applicable subject to the condition of the non-deliverable item. (Non-deliverable package returns include but are not limited to: delivery refusal, address issues, signature requirements, and any other non-authorized return reason.)
