This is a vintage matchbook that advertises, " Pacific Western Airlines".  The inside reads, " Pacific Western, flying complete scheduled contract and charter services over 7 1/2 million miles in the three Western Provinces, Yukon, NWT and Arctic....". The book has all matches and is in good crisp condition.
