Here is a great vintage Farmington Chamber Of Commerce Brochure - Farmington Maine - In Maine's Blue Mountain Region - Beautiful Lakes, Streams, Mountains, Farmlands - The Gateway To A Year Round Vacation.
The brochure measures about 4" x 9 1/4", and opens up to 12" x 17". This is not dated, but from the view with the cars, it looks like the 1940s.  It's in very good condition.
