Biography
Aharone Bezalel
Sculptor, Aharone Bezalel was born in 1926 in Afghanistan. In 1991 Bezalel produced a series of totem-like sculptures. The artist lives in Ein Kerem, Jerusalem.
Aharone Bezalel received his education in Bezalel, Jerusalem with Zeev Ben Zvi. Bezalel has taught for twenty years at Hadassah Seligsberg High School. Awards and prizes include the Jerusalem Prize for the artist's work ''
Aliyah
'' 1973 and the Jerusalem Prize for Sculpture.
