    This device comes pre-programmed to block calls to 411 / Directory assistance.
    This device can be easily re-programmed to block
    outgoing 911 or any combination of up to 5 phone numbers (each up to 8 digits long)
    (manual included).
    Important:  It cannot be programmed to block outbound calls with 10-digits or more e.g. 305-558-5577
    Applications:
    - Homes and institutions with mentally ill individuals
    - Business with abusive staff
    Easy to install and use!  It has two (23) RJ11 sockets. Simply connect it to the LINE and to the PHONE (2), as shown in diagram.
