1980s CALLER ID Model 150E Old School technology for Landline Phones New in box

This auction is for
a 1980s Colonial Data Technologies CALLER ID
New in WORN box.
The Id device is approx 6 X 4 X 1.5 inches and comes with cord.    It is model # 150E.    I couldn't find a date on the box,  but assume it is late 1980s?   Although it is in new condition,   this is very old-school technology,  made for use with landlines,  so not sure if it works with current technology/Smart phones.
Box has lots of wear, discoloration,  stains on bottom of box,  but still has original SEARS price tag
on top of box.    Comes with warranty card,  but I doubt this company is still in existence.   Please look at all photos & ask any questions.    A great piece of our vintage technology history!      Comes from a smoke-free home.
