1965-66 Pontiac GTO manual transmission center console top plate. It will need refinishing. The chrome has some light pitting and the paint is peeling. Looks like there might be a couple extra holes drilled in the front area. Part number 9774725. Please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions before purchasing.
